Administrative Assistant

We are searching for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Routine clerical and administrative duties, organize files, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and support other staff.

  • Responsible for Quickbooks entries, including invoicing, inventory, overdue balances and reporting

  • Support the staff and owners of the business

  • Organize and maintain company, vendor and customer records

  • Responsible for receiving calls, handling questions and inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate person.

  • Manage the scheduling of all service calls

  • Perform retail store functions when needed (cash register, stocking, displays, etc.)

  • Maintains inventory levels: running reports, ordering, receiving items and anticipating needed products

  • Assist in developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy including email campaigns
