Current Open Positions

General Manager


AquaVida Pools is looking to fill a General Manager position with our company. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manages all aspects of AquaVida Pools which includes the retail area, office management, and coordination with the field service and construction teams.

  • Design and control of the retail area, customer service for store customers, inventory management and employee staffing and training.

  • Oversee all office functions, including invoicing, receiving, contracts, human resources, etc.

  • Coordinate with the service manager and construction manager to be the liaison between the field staff and our clients.

  • Help owners grow and expand the business with new ideas, advertisement, ways to stream business processes, etc.

  • With any small business, all staff are expected to help in all areas of the business, which can be working the retail floor, cleaning, stocking, and more.


  • 40-50 hours per week in pool season, 30-35 in off season. Flex-time offered.

  • Must be able to work some Saturdays (no Sundays or nights).

  • Full benefits package.

  • Candidate must have great communication skills, strong business skills to help lead and grow the business, have strong social media/computer skills, have a proven track record in hiring qualified staff, be able to lift 50lbs on occasion, and work long hours on their feet.
